The ANU Medical Students’ Society Committee consists of 33 positions that are held by students in all four years of the ANU Medical Program. Most positions are contested at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Semester 2 each year.
Team captains are the first point of call for any team-related enquiries and are the first team member (listed in bold) under each team.
Each team captain reports to their designated vice president.
- Vice President – Community (VPC) oversees the Equity, Wellbeing, and Graduation Ball teams. The VPC also manages the ANUMSS calendar and assists with events.
- Vice President – Operations (VPO) oversees the Academic, Advocacy, Promotions, and IT teams. The VPO also oversees the functioning of subcommittees and liaises with affiliates of the Society.
Please do not hesitate to contact committee members, who welcome enquiries related to their role – be it academic, social or support-related. For IT-related issues, please first check the FAQs page.
